The principle of incinerator is to use the combustion of coal, fuel oil, gas and other fuels to burn and carbonize the objects to be processed at high temperature, in order to achieve the purpose of disinfection.
At present, incinerators have significant application value in the harmless treatment of animal carcasses affected by diseases, as well as in the disposal of medical waste and toxic and hazardous solid waste.
Garbage enters the inclined downward grate through the feeding hopper (the grate is divided into a drying zone, a combustion zone, and a burnout zone). Due to the staggered movement between the grates, the garbage is pushed downward, allowing it to pass through various areas on the grate in sequence (when garbage enters another area from one area, it plays a large turning role), until it is completely burned and discharged from the furnace. Combustion air enters from the lower part of the grate and mixes with garbage; High temperature flue gas generates hot steam through the heating surface of the boiler, and the flue gas is also cooled. Then, the flue gas is treated by the flue gas treatment device and discharged.
Medical waste is mostly composed of plastic products, glass products, and residual drugs. If left untreated and discarded, it can greatly pollute the living environment and pose safety hazards to people's health. Medical waste incinerators are specialized equipment for incinerating medical waste and are essential waste disposal machinery in hospitals.
The medical waste incinerator consists of four major systems: waste pre-treatment system, incineration system, smoke biochemical dust removal system, and gas generator (auxiliary ignition incineration).
The medical waste incinerator integrates automatic feeding, screening, drying, incineration, ash cleaning, dust removal, and automation control.
The medical waste incinerator adopts high-tech measures such as high-temperature combustion, secondary oxygenation, and automatic slag discharge to meet the monitoring requirements of pollutant discharge.
